Star in it

The short answer

A personalized video puts real, consenting people into a scene they never filmed: a heist, a romance, a launch-day hero moment. Mockumentary writes an original scene for the occasion, builds it from a few clear photos of each person, and delivers a finished, shareable film with sound in about a week.

How it works

  1. 01Tell us the occasion and who is in it. Everyone shown gives written consent.
  2. 02We write an original scene and send it for approval.
  3. 03We produce it from a few clear photos of each person.
  4. 04You get a finished film to share.

Consent

We need written consent from every person who is shown or voiced. We never recreate a real person without it, and AI-generated work is labeled as such.

Questions

About star in it

Can I make one as a surprise for someone?

Only if they have agreed to appear. We need consent from everyone shown, so a surprise works best when the gift is the film, not the fact they are in it.

Can you put us next to a celebrity?

No. We do not depict public figures or anyone who has not consented.

What photos work best?

Three to five clear, recent photos per person, face visible, in even light. No filters.
