We need written consent from every person who is shown or voiced. We never recreate a real person without it, and AI-generated work is labeled as such.

Can you replace an actor in our ad?
Yes, with written consent from the performer coming in and confirmation that your contract with the original performer allows it. We do not swap anyone’s face without consent.
Does it work on any shot?
Not always. Fast motion, heavy occlusion and very long shots are harder, which is why every job starts with a test shot.
Who owns the finished film?
You do. On final payment we assign you the rights we hold in the delivered work. We tell you up front about any third-party element, such as licensed music or stock you supplied.
